Why do I need the Membership?

• It gives me the flexibility to use the service when I or any member of my family needs help.
• The appointments cost less compared to pay as I go.
• I don’t have to wait for my GP or 111 or attend Urgent care or A/e.
• I can get a sick note and a referral if need be.
• LWC clinicians promises to give attention to my complaints and provide me and my family the holistic care and comprehensive management required.
• I can request bloods and radiological investigations if required.
• My relatives (parents) when visiting can see a clinician if needed.
• LWC will circulate for Members with reminder on new diseases, illness prevalent in the society. Also giving details on how one can look after themselves, what precautions to be taken, how to recognise and manage the condition. LWC will also send red alert if urgent communicable disease or other illness have been notified by the authorities with its management.
• General information on latest health tecs and investigations available.
• Advise and help on lifestyle management.
• Access to our obesity management once this service starts.
• Help on mental wellbeing and support if any concern or issues.
• Access to all LWC wellbeing videos and help for a healthy living.

How do I get this Membership?

• Please decide which membership suit you or your family or your company.
• Go on the membership page and read and choose.
• Select the membership and pay the fee.
• You can pay in 2 or 3 instalments depends on what you are selecting.
• You can always call us if there is something you want us to help.
• We can always make a tailor-made Membership for the Corporate membership if they need more than 15 appts for a year.
• Once payment is made. We will send you an invitation email requesting to email us the details of other family members to be added.
• We will send you appointment credits or other methods to help you make your own appointments.
• We will send you step by step to make your appointments and bookings.
• You can always top up your appointments, but this has can be done only with our admin teams’ approval.
• Your top up appointments will never be more expensive than the ad hoc appointment price which is 47.95 per appointment.
• Please remember that you can only make an appointment if you have sufficient credit paid towards the membership.
• Any disputes or cancellations would be subjected to the cancellation and complaint policy, please refer to this prior accepting and agreeing to the membership.
