Executive Team
Dr Waseem Mohi
Director and CEODr Mohi has been a GP for 16 yrs. Previous to that he worked at various hospitals in the UK and in different departments, eventually deciding to be a GP. He has gathered good experience in both primary and secondary care. Dr Mohi had the honour of meeting the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Through his journey as a doctor, he was always inclined to do something different that brings quality care timely to give the best outcome for an individual in need.
As a chair of a CCG between 2012-18, he had the honour to lead the CCG of Barking and Dagenham. Under his leadership they received a parliamentary appreciation as the most improved borough for cancer survival. They also got a letter from the Heath Secretary on improvement in Diagnostics tests and most improved borough in Diabetes care, all at a very short span of time. Proving that if you are dedicated and sincere to drive a change and deliver it then, anything is possible.
He moved on to establish LWC, where group of Clinicians and providers come together to enwrap all your worries and needs, to provide a holistic and all-encompassing service, to reassure and to help you. Dr Mohi says "I and my colleagues want to provide the highest quality of care and will keep striving to do our very best, this is our promise."
Aritri Mukerjee
Chief operating officerAritri has been in NHS for last 12years. She is well versed with demands on the health systems with growing current population needs in the UK. She is a CQC inspector and supports Quality systems in the local PCNs, where she was a Deputy chair.
She completed her master’s in microbiology and has an MBA in Healthcare management. She has been working as a Practice manager / business development manager at various General Practices for more than 10 yrs. She has vast experience in the private healthcare too, which she gained at her post at BUPA.
She is passionate to improve the health outcomes by bringing quality clinical care to patients timely.
Dr Johnson D. Souza
Medical DirectorHe has vast clinical Governance experience, of over 12 years from a variety of regulatory roles with NHS, NHSE, GMC and CQC. He is a senior primary care leader with considerable experience in both commissioning and provider roles. After his MBA from LBS, he has played lead role in start ups and has helped in scaling and their business development.
Lynn Lewendon
Governance and AuditShe has a variety and vast experience in Heathcare delivery and maintaining its standards. She qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1986 and has spent the next 15 years working in Acute Hospital Trusts, mainly in Intensive Care and A&E, holding Management positions at both ward and hospital level.
Later she completed studies in Respiratory Care and worked as a Respiratory Nurse Specialist as well as Post Graduate Diploma’s in long term conditions, when working as a General Practice Nurse.
Lynn completed her Master’s degree in Public Health in 2009 and moved into Clinical Governance, where she has undertaken a range of roles which include audit, risk management and quality improvement. She has continued in this field for the last 18 years, covering areas such as Serious Incident reviews for Mental Health services; Primary Care quality improvement programmes; complaints management; investigating and supporting professional standards, and latterly LeDeR reviews (learning disabilities and autism life and death reviews).

Dr Hasan Abu-baker
Clinical leadHe has over 10 years of medical experience as a doctor. I am a portfolio-based GP in London and Surrey. He has worked as a GP in the NHS and private sector since 2018. At Oxford University hospitals he was Deputy Chair of Oxford Foundation Trainee Group. He represented junior doctors in the Oxford Deanery at national level. He has worked on projects to improve the overall training experience and working conditions for junior doctors. He has specialist interest ear, nose, and throat.
Dr Abu -Baker is also the Managing Director of a nursing home in Hertfordshire in which he oversees a team of clinical staff and strategies business growth. He has played lead role in start-ups and helped in scaling and in business development. He believes primary care health should be accessible to everyone. In Hassan’s words, “Our mission is to deliver holistic and accessible health care to our communities via our telemedicine platform and in face to face clinic”
Dr Ayesha Khaleel
Lifestyle GPAyesha Khaleel- A young enthusiastic and a fantastic GP from North London. She works at various practices in London and does out of hours too. She has a keen interest in using core principles to guide people to help support wellbeing and preventative care. She is currently completing an accredited course in lifestyle medicine which explores the scientific basis of basic health principles and how this affects both health and longevity. Ayesha is always excited to work with patients who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and want to take ownership of their health issues.
Dr Naeema Rashid
Clinical LeadDr Rashid is a GP from West London with 20 years of medical experience. Having studied at Brighton and Sussex Medical School, she has worked in various medical specialities and has a keen interest in mental health and well-being.
Dr Rashid is an accomplished acute care physician and has a wealth of experience in digital medicine.
She is passionate about helping patients improve their mental and physical well-being through holistic treatment.
Wendy Ellis
Nurse LeadWendy Ellis is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with over thirty-seven years in healthcare. She leads an existing private clinical service. As an ANP she is clinically very sound and can treat almost all illnesses. She is also minor surgery trained.
Wendy has many accolades under her name some were in clinical audits which led to NHS alliance award in 2007. She received a nursing award in 2014. She has good leadership skills.
Wendy is confident and through the experience of the various projects and programmes she has developed and delivered high quality of care. Among the multiple roles she is also our CQC Manager.
Rihab Adel
MPharm IP ACP Pharmacist GPMs Rihab Adel is an accomplished senior clinical prescribing pharmacist with advanced assessment skills with 16 years experience in both hospital and primary care before focusing on mental health. Her primary care expertise relates to medicine optimisation of chronic diseases such as asthma, COPD, Diabetes, AF, CHD, HT, epilepsy and acute illnesses.
An integral part of her role is clinical governance within different companies has been ensuring high levels of professionalism. This includes policy writing and auditing. Her experience within NHS 111 emergency services and developing previous training material has given her a skill set highly considered in this field.
Bijal Sharma
Senior Clinical PharmacistBijal Sharma, highly motivated Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Independent Prescriber for 10 years and has been working with patients in Hospital, Primary care, Community and Prison Healthcare for over 25 years. Bijal has been a Pharmacy Manager at HMP Bullingdon Prison and Pharmacist Case Manager for Virtual Wards, working part of a multi disciplinary team and running clinics in GP surgeries for Long Term Conditions.
Her specialities are Elderly care, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases(Atrial Fibrillation, Heart Failure and Stroke), Women’s health, Dermatology, Pain management, Chronic Kidney Diseases, Mental Health and Minor illnesses.
Bijal’s experiences from different sectors has been an add-on to her skillsets to be able to help patients in a holistic way. She has completed in a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy and Victim of Child Abuse Therapy. Currently, Bijal is pursuing her Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification.
Sanam Chaudhry BSc (Hons) MCSP HCPC
Senior PhysiotherapistSanam graduated from King’s College (London) in 2004 and has since gained extensive and valuable NHS experience across multiple Trusts within the UK, both in Acute and Community settings.
Sanam specialises in Care of the Elderly and is notably a Falls Prevention Specialist within the Borough of Hillingdon. She travels across various care homes and other multiple sites to empower both the staff and residents on how to optimise strength and function, thus reducing disability. Sanam’s passion lies in helping to reduce frailty within the older population, however, she also has vast experience in post orthopaedic rehabilitation, oncology and palliative care.

Mohammed Majed MSc
MusculoskeletalMohammed Majed has completed his master in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist from , Sheffield Hallam University. He is currently working as a senior Physiotherapist in the NHS in Acute community team in West London. He is very experienced and seen varied presentation in physiotherapy. He has worked in various departments in the NHS such as the musculoskeletal outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, acute inpatient ward and the elderly care.
Over the last few years Mohammed has specialised in Elderly care and has a particular interest in post-operative rehab, fall prevention and to improve balance. Mohammed is passionate to help and support people get mobile, so, they are remain active and healthy.
Kellie Ceccarelli
Therapist: Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, EMDR Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP and CBT PractitionerKellie is the Founder of YOOKANTOO Therapy and uses various therapeutic techniques such as: Somatic, EMDR, CBT, SFT, Polyvagal Theory and Clinical Hypnotherapy to help people heal the traumas underlying: addiction, anxiety, depression and stress and has also studied alongside globally renowned Dr Gabor Mate for 2 years.

She is disciplined, dynamic, ambitious individual, that strives off new experiences and daily challenges. She always adheres to health and safety legislations, departmental protocols, and national guidelines. She has Completed 2 years now working with Age Concern UK.
Adding to her above skills, she also trains and mentor students, She is working at the NHS hospital and Provides Audiological cover for ENT clinics to carry out Pure Tone Audiometry (paediatric and adult), Routine hearing aid repairs, Acoustic reflex testing, direct referrals, Tympanometry, Fit wide-range of digital hearing aids, Real Ear and coupler Measurements, Otoacoustic Acoustic Emissions. Trained in managing Tinnitus & Hyperacusis as an audiologist.
She Provides ongoing assessment, maintenance, and rehabilitation for hearing aid users. Being trained in ear micro-suction she can help remove the wax build up. She also performs routine home visits which helps patient who find it difficult to make to the centre.

His career commenced at the Cambridge University Hospital Addenbrookes NHS Foundation Trust, where he laid the foundation of his career. Throughout his professional career, he honed his expertise at prestigious institutions including University College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Charing Cross Hospital Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, St George's University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Health Services Laboratories.
Following the completion of his master's degree, Ahmed delved deeper into Molecular Pathologies & Genetics. This experience culminated in his role as the Co-Founder of Diagnostics 360, a venture born from his visionary insights. Subsequently, he assumed pivotal positions, serving as the Director of Marketing, Sales & Business Development, and the Head of Molecular Pathology & Genetics at MB Healthcare Services. Ms Silvia Di Bonaventura, MSc PgDip BSc
Clinical and Research AudiologistSilvia is an experienced Clinical and Research Audiologist, with particular interest in paediatrics.
She practices as a Senior Audiologist at the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospital, where she performs advanced audiological assessments in children of all ages. Alongside her clinical role, she holds a lecturing position at the University of Siena (Italy) and enjoys mentoring students in the BSc and MSc Audiology programmes.
Silvia is actively involved in research and has presented in various international conferences. She is an advisor for the implementation of national guidance around Audiology and Hearing for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and on Auditory Processing Disorders for the British Society of Audiology (BSA).

Asif works clinically as a Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Lead for the ASD pathway at Priory Woking Hospital.Asif has held various managerial and digital positions in NHS and independent sector including Clinical Director, Clinical Lead for Mental Health Outcomes and Chief Clinical Information Officer.
Asif has been an actively involved within the Royal College of Psychiatry and has been part of the RCPsych General Adult Faculty for the past 10 years with his last role being Treasurer. Asif has subsequently become a Fellow of Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2019.
Hetal Amin

UKASFP Accredited Solution Focused Brief Therapist / Coach, Registered Nurse (Mental Health)Chris is an accredited Solution Focused Practitioner and a registered nurse, with over 30 year's experience of working in mental health.
Chris worked for many years as a mental health nurse in NHS and private hospitals. He also has wide-ranging experience in higher education, including roles as a Student Wellbeing Adviser and a guest lecturer on the nursing degree programme at the University of Surrey.
Since training in Solution Focused Practice in 2017, Chris has provided therapy and coaching through his private practice. He is a Director of the UK Association of Solution Focused Practice and a member of the Solution Focused Universe (SFU), an online learning community.
Dr Shahid Latif
Consultant PsychiatristDr Latif is a Medical Director at St. Matthews Healthcare. He started his training in psychiatry in 1997 initially in the Republic of Ireland and then England. He leads our Clinical Governance team for the Mental health side of London wellbeing care.
He has 15 years of experience in medical management building productive relationships at all levels, pioneering innovative mental health systems and clinical development processes, leading change in teaching programmes, setting standards for mental health care advancement, and improving the quality of people’s lives.
The Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCP) recognised his huge contribution towards mental health care, awareness, education, and service delivery by honouring him with a Fellowship in October 2017.
In 2023 he was nominated as the Royal College of Psychiatrists ‘Communicator of the Year’. He is on the BBC Asian Networks panel of experts for mental health and hosts his own radio health show during the month of Ramadan.
Dr Latif always leads from the front and strives to make a difference in the way Mental health is delivered and how we professionals can make an impact not only in the UK but across the globe.
